These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ADLM (Assam Digital Literacy Mission) and any individual or organization (hereafter referred to as "Franchisee" or "User") participating in our franchise program or accessing our services.
A formal agreement must be signed before operating as an authorized ADLM centre.
Franchisees must not represent ADLM in any capacity without prior written approval.
The agreement will specify validity, renewal process, and responsibilities of both parties.
Franchisees are permitted to use ADLM’s brand identity, logo, and promotional materials strictly for authorized purposes.
Any misuse, alteration, or unauthorized duplication of branding is prohibited and may lead to termination.
Franchisees must follow the approved syllabus, course materials, and academic structure provided by ADLM.
Course delivery must maintain professionalism, discipline, and a student-focused learning environment.
Student fees must follow ADLM’s pricing guidelines or the mutually agreed fee structure.
Revenue sharing or one-time licensing terms will be clearly mentioned in the agreement.
All financial transactions must be recorded and available for audit if required.
All certificates must be issued using the ADLM-approved format with QR code or verification ID.
Issuing unauthorized, false, or unapproved certificates is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action and franchise cancellation.
In cases where exclusive area rights are granted, the franchisee must operate within the allotted territory.
Breach of location exclusivity or engaging in conflicts with nearby ADLM centres is not allowed.
ADLM provides guidance on curriculum, marketing, branding, and certification processes.
Support is ongoing, based on compliance with academic standards and operational transparency.
ADLM reserves the right to terminate any franchise agreement under the following circumstances:
Violation of any term mentioned herein
Misrepresentation or brand misuse
Poor delivery of student services
Involvement in fraud or unethical practices
Franchisees are responsible for any local legal requirements (if applicable), including registration or operating permissions.
ADLM is not liable for issues arising out of a franchisee’s independent administrative decisions.
ADLM may update or revise these Terms & Conditions as required.
All franchisees will be notified of such updates, and continued operation implies acceptance of the new terms.
