✅ Non-Refundable After Enrollment:
Once a student enrolls and gains access to course materials or live classes, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
✅ Exception for Technical Failures:
If technical issues on our end prevent the student from accessing the course within 7 working days of payment, and no resolution is provided, a refund may be issued after proper verification.
❌ No Refund for Personal Reasons:
Refunds will not be granted due to:
Change of mind
Disinterest after joining
Internet issues at the student’s end
Absence in live classes
✅ Non-Refundable Commitment:
The franchise fee is non-refundable, as it includes branding, documentation, business rights, and planning costs which are non-recoverable.

We encourage every franchise applicant to understand the model completely before committing. Feel free to request demos, documents, and phone consultations before payment.
All digital files, eBooks, certificates, and access credentials once delivered are not eligible for refunds.
